the staff was really helpful with directions and recommendations. i could also leave my luggage at reception before check in, it was convenient. the room included a desk and a spacious closet, i put all my shopping bags in there. breakfast has a decent selection for both savory and sweet preferences.
my room looked inward, so i didn't have much of a view from the window. this wasn't a major issue, it just meant less natural light during the day.

vending machines are on site offering drinks and snacks. i saw the breakfast room had a buffet, there were many choices available.

the hotel is close to a bus stop, i used it for airport transportation. several shops and restaurants locate very close to the hotel. a metro station is also within a short walking distance, , made getting around the city simple.

the reception staff spoke several languages, communication was never a problem. housekeeping came daily and provided fresh towels, they also kept the room clean.

The hotel provided a good shower with powerful water pressure.
The breakfast selection was limited and the staff did not replenish items quickly enough. The water for tea had an unpleasant taste. I found that egg options were quite restricted. There was only scrambled eggs some days and Spanish omelette on others, with long waits for more when finished.

the breakfast was tasty.
The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust and some stains that should have been taken care of. the soundproofing was very poor, i could hear everything happening in the hallway. it was hard to relax or sleep.
